Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold, no refunds are issued and no returns are accepted. 

Exchanges
Once purchased books can not be returned or exchanged. Clothing items maybe exchanged for a different size of the same item within 3 days if the item has not been worn and is in original condition. Customer must pay for return shipping and new shipping.
